Base Package

This program includes five applications per year and these three elements:

1- Fertilization

Creating a healthier lawn by providing the nutrients it needs by using the appropriate, top-quality, slow-release, granular fertilizer.

2 - Weed Control

We use low-odor, selective herbicides to control undesirable species in your lawn, including bittercress, ground ivy, thistle, speedwell, chickweed, plantain, spurge, and dandelions.

3 - Crabgrass Prevention

The first application of the season contains a combination of fertilization and a pre-emergent for crab grass prevention.

Additional Services

Grub Control - highly recommended

This timely application in June or July prevents a variety of common beetle larvae (grubs) from damaging your lawn by feeding on the roots of the turfgrass. Grubs also attract predators such as moles, raccoons, and skunks that dig in your lawn while foraging for them.

Autumn Core Aeration - recommended

Aeration promotes the transfer of air, water, and nutrients in your lawn. This is recommended to be done in the fall at least every two or three years but can be done annually.

Over Seeding

A well maintained lawn doesn’t go to seed. Over seeding with quality turf grass promotes a thicker lawn by adding new grass to your lawn that isn’t happening naturally. This is also helpful for addressing any thinner spots in the lawn. Over seeding is often paired with Autumn Core Aeration but can be performed other times of year as long as the lawn is watered well enough to stimulate germination and maintain root development.

Disease Control - as needed

Turfgrass fungi such as lawn rust, dollar spot disease, and red thread can be identified and treated to prevent damage to your lawn.

Flea and Tick Control

The Flea and Tick pesticide can be applied as an annual preventative and/or as needed to address a problem to help protect your home and pets from infestations.
